- App listing information, such as app name, logo, platform, app URLs, category, description, business model, listing intent, revenue, profit, asking price, currency, launch date, tech stack, team size, active user metrics, financing options, scores, and status.
- Verification and badge materials, such as proof files, reference URLs, submission notes, review notes, ownership evidence, revenue documents, source code evidence, and active user evidence.
- Marketplace activity, such as tracked listings, offers, offer amounts, offer messages, conversation summaries, conversation messages, message timestamps, and offer status changes.
- Subscription and premium status information, such as product identifiers, entitlement identifiers, active status, expiration dates, grace period dates, and provider transaction signals.
- Device and technical information, such as device identifiers for push notifications, IP address, log data, crash or error data, request metadata, correlation identifiers, operating system, and app version.

- provide seller, investor, listing, offer, tracking, messaging, and verification features;
- publish and display marketplace listings, logos, categories, and public profile information;
- review badge requests, profile verification requests, and supporting materials;
- process premium entitlements and subscription status;
- send transactional emails, push notifications, reminders, and service messages;
- detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and policy violations;
- debug, maintain, analyze, and improve the Service;
- comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users and the marketplace.
3. Public and Marketplace Information
Some information is intended to be visible to other users or the public marketplace, including published app listings, app names, logos, categories, descriptions, seller profile details, verification indicators, and certain listing metadata. Do not submit information to public listing or profile fields unless you are comfortable with it being displayed to others.
4. Files and Verification Materials
If you upload profile verification proofs, app listing logos, badge proof files, revenue evidence, ownership evidence, analytics exports, source code evidence, or reference links, we use those materials to provide verification, moderation, trust, safety, support, and marketplace integrity functions. These materials may be reviewed by authorized personnel or service providers.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- with other users as needed to provide profiles, published listings, offers, conversations, and marketplace interactions;
- with service providers that support hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, push notifications, analytics, monitoring, AI-assisted scoring, subscription management, and customer support;
- with app stores, payment, or subscription providers when needed for premium entitlements and billing status;
- with legal, financial, security, or professional advisers where necessary;
- with authorities, regulators, or third parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, users, or the Service;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
6. Third-Party Providers
Bosphorus may use third-party providers for infrastructure, object storage, email delivery, push notifications, observability, analytics, subscription management, and AI-assisted scoring or support. These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers depending on the context and their own terms.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, with your consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain marketplace records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. Bosphorus is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
